Do you take on commission pieces?
Yes, we are currently accepting commissions on a case-by-case basis. There may be a waitlist during busy times. Please use our contact form to get in touch or reach out on our socials—we'd love to hear your ideas!
Can you make a design in custom colours?
Absolutely! We are happy to blend colors to complement your space!
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
Current dispatch time is 1-5 working days for all orders except 'Made to Order' items - as production times can vary. Please see the drop down below for further details relating to this.
If you’re in a hurry or need a piece by a specific date, please contact us to discuss options—we’re happy to accommodate when possible.
How long do 'Made to Order' purchases take to dispatch?
Made-to-order pieces typically take 1-2 weeks to complete, however this may differ for commissions and custom projects which can sometimes take upto 5 weeks.
We will always aim to get your piece to you as soon as possible, however there are a few variables that can affect the production time such as glass availability and the amount of work involved: if its a large/intracite piece it will take more time.
We do not compramise on quality so we ask that you are patient with us.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We ship via next-day delivery to keep transit time short! We are advised by our courier this can sometimes take 1-2 working days. All orders are tracked.
Please understand, we cannot take responsibility for courier delays, as this is beyond our control.
Do you accept refunds?
Due to the handmade and fragile nature of our products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges. If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Can I cancel or exchange my purchase?
Yes, if you've made a mistake, please get in touch within 2 hours of purchase via our contact form or socials, and we’ll help resolve it. Unfortunately, after this period, we are unable to cancel or change them.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We package our work carefully to prevent damage in transit. If there are any issues, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
While we do our best with packaging, we cannot be responsible for damage during transit. Please report such claims to both the courier and us as soon as possible.
We also offer a repair service for minor damage. Reach out, and we’ll do our best to help.
How/where can I hang my stained glass?
Stained glass looks beautiful in areas with plenty of natural light but avoid high-traffic areas or windy spots. Use a secure hook rather than suction cups, as suction can weaken over time.
How do I care for my stained glass?
Gently clean with a soft, lint-free cloth (microfiber works well). Avoid harsh chemicals; a mild soapy water solution is ideal for both glass and metal. Dry thoroughly to avoid water spots or tarnishing.
Copper patina will naturally tarnish over time, giving it an antique character.
Handle with care to prevent cracks. If moving or storing, wrap in soft material (like fabric or bubble wrap), place in a sturdy box, and pad to prevent shifting.
Please wash your hands after handling, as this product contains lead.
